Substantive Education

Grace Prep School is located in Nuevo, California. (That would be in Riverside County for those of you who are not local.) We are a Christian private school that provides support services to homeschoolling families. Our goal is to provide families with the resources they need to provide their children with a substantive education. Click here to read our Philosophy of Education.

Kelly Bagdanov is the Director of Grace Prep. Kelly has been homeschooling for the past 23 years, and has been directing Grace for the past 12. She has a Bacherlors Degree in Sociology from Westmont College and is married to Rev. Steve Bagdanov, pastor of Nuevo Community Church.

Steve and Kelly have four sons that they have homeschooled from birth to their move to college. Click here to read more about Kelly’s family.

Grace Prep provides record keeping, classes, park days, field trips, parent/teacher training, and much more. The journey of homeschooling is an exciting adventure and we are privileged to be able to provide a support group to come alongside parents as they seek to educate their children.

You can contact Kelly at for more information about the school.

    • Sure, we are located in Nuevo, in the Inland Empire. Our school provides support services to homeschoolers. Parents are responsible for purchasing their own curriculum, we provide counseling on what would be a good match. We have co-op classes, field trips, yearbooks etc. The cost is $35 to register and $30 per month. Our classes are $15 per month. Parents are expected to do the instructing at home. Let me know if you have more specific questions.
